A seasoned executive and business coach, he is pivotal in developing Australia's Searcher Community, mentoring many towards successful acquisitions.

Ak boasts 20+ years in strategic Mid-Market Enterprise (MME) growth, acquisitions, and governance. Originating from IBM and EY, he has launched and exited successful ventures. A Master Practitioner (EMCC), Chair on several boards, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and active Searcher mentor, Ak is shaping entrepreneurial success within the Search Fund ecosystem.

Nima is a dual-qualified lawyer and chartered accountant with 15+ years experience, specialising in business restructures, M&A, and investment transactions. A catalyst in Australia's Search Fund landscape since 2017 and leading advisor in the space, his strategic input cemented the structuring of the first traditional Search Fund in Australia and guides ongoing portfolio management.

Justin is a data and actuarial science professional carrying 15+ years experience driving innovation and growth in multiple geographies. As a member of the Search community since 2020 and as the builder of the underlying model for the launch of Australia’s first Search-focused institutional fund, Justin is a recognised technical expert in the Search Fund asset class.
